It is due to structural differences between those and standard v2 gearbox.
Aster detects cam movement of sector gear. Because of that differences in building of those gearbox's Aster physically cannot reach that cam and it simply would not work.
Titan is counting can count tooths of sector gear and that is reason why only TITAN fit's in KWA gearobx'sworks fine with KWA gearobxes.
