DTC Codes

Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) inform about indicate basic malfunctions and problems with your battery, AEG, ETU or Blu-Link. You are notified of about them by LED by a LED blinking for 2 minutes 120 s after the problem occurs. The Blu-Link DTC DTCs can later be later read and cleared in DTC menu the Diagnostics tab in GCS app.

In the event of trouble

1. The LED color of LED reflects on the problem type:

   1. Yellow indicates a warning

   2. Red indicates a problem

2. Number of blinks determines what exactly the problem is (for reference, read DTC explanations presented later on in this guide)

	ULL – User load limit was exceeded.	The load limit is set too low, according in relation to the AEG configuration . Other possible reasons the same as in the case of OCP or SCP .	Modify the adjustable smart fuse settings . Follow the OCP or SCP guidelines . Contact us at support@gatee.eu
	OCP – Blu-Link has detected a too high current. The excessive current activating overcurrent protection was activated.	Motor is damaged . Motor or gearbox is jammed . 	SCP – Blu-Link has detected a current over 270A. The 270 A activating short circuit protection was activated. Motor is damaged. Motor or gearbox is jammed. Motor connections short circuit. 	UVP1 – Battery protection was activated.	The Discharged battery is discharged.	Charge the battery.
	UVP2 – The voltage dropped below the critical level critical for Blu-Link to work properly.1.	The battery is discharged. 2. The battery is worn out and has too high internal resistance . 3. Inadequate battery type for given current AEG configuration. 4. Too much electrical resistance between Blu-Link and the battery . 5. Motor is too powerful for the battery connected . 6. Motor connections short circuit. 7. Motor is jammed . 8. Motor is damaged .	Charge the battery . Replace the battery . Use a battery of a greater capacity or voltage . Do not use any adapters . Use standard or high-torque motors instead of high-speed ones . Check and fix the motor wires wire insulation . Unjam the motor . Replace the motor .
	UVP3 – Protection against battery over-discharge of the battery. Battery protection activated immediately after the battery was connected.	Number The number of cells differs from the number set in the GCS . The battery is discharged .	Set the same number of cells in GCS as in the battery . Charge the battery up.

POLICY

GATE Enterprise sp. z o.o. sp. k. warrants that its product is free from manufacturing and material defects at the date of purchase and for a nonextendable period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty is conditioned upon proper use of the product by Purchaser.

1. This Limited Warranty is valid provided that the owner provides a proof of purchase and a properly completed warranty form.
