ULL – User load limit exceeded

• The load limit is has been set too low , in relation to AEG configuration

• Other possible reasons are the same as in the case of OCP or SCP

• Modify the adjustable smart fuse settings

• Follow the OCP or SCP guidelines

OCP – Blu-Link has detected excessive current activating overcurrent protection

• Motor damaged

• Motor or gearbox jammed

• Motor connection short circuit

• Replace the motor

• Unjam the motor or gearbox

• Check and fix the motor wire insulation

SCP – Blu-Link has detected a current over 270 A activating short circuit protection

• Damaged motor

• Jammed motor or gearbox

• Motor connection short circuit

• Replace the motor

• Unjam the motor or gearbox

• Check and fix motor wire insulation

OTP – Blu-Link temperature is too high activating over temperature protection

• Excessively high outside temperature in combination with a tuned replica

• Frequent short circuits and Blu-Link electrical overloads

Wait until Blu-Link temperature drops

UVP1 – Battery protection was activated.

Discharged battery

Charge the battery

UVP2 – The voltage has dropped below the critical level for Blu-Link to work properly

• The battery is discharged.

• The battery is worn out and has too excessively high internal resistance

• Inadequate battery type for current AEG configuration.

• Too much electrical resistance between Blu-Link and the battery

• Motor The motor is too powerful for the battery connected
  

• Motor connections connection short circuit.

• Motor is jammed

• Motor is damagedJammed motor

• Charge the battery

• Use a battery of a greater capacity or voltage

• Do not use any adaptersadaptors
  
  

• Use standard or high-torque motors instead of high-speed ones

• Check and fix the motor wire insulation

UVP3 – Protection against battery over-discharge overdischarge activated immediately after the battery was connected

• The number of cells differs from the number set in GCS

• The battery is discharged

• Set the same number of cells in GCS as in the battery

• Charge the battery
