Congratulations on your Blu-Link!

It allows you to control your GATE ETU and connect it to other compatible devices wirelessly via GATE Control Station app. Moreover, Blu-Link is an additional smart fuse and wattmeter enabling to, e.g., read telemetry data.

Together with the GCS, you can adjust TITAN or ASTER settings and update or upgrade their firmware from devices with Android, iOS, Windows or macOS.

If you use an ETU connected to Blu-Link, check also the ETU's DTC. The Blu-Link is designed to withstand higher power load and lower voltage than ETU, so in most cases, an ETU protection turns on earlier and the Blu-Link doesn’t notice the problem.

OVL – The load limit was exceeded.

OCP – Blu-Link detected too high current. Overcurrent protection was activated.

  1. Too low current is set in smart fuse settings

  2. Motor is damaged

  3. Motor or gearbox is jammed

  4. Motor connections' short circuit

  1. Adjust smart fuse settings

  2. Replace the motor

  3. Unjam the motor or gearbox

  4. Check and fix the motor wires' insulation

SCP – Blu-Link detected current over 270 A. Short circuit protection was activated.

  1. Motor is damaged

  2. Motor or gearbox is jammed

  3. Motor connections' short circuit

  1. Replace the motor

OTP – Blu-Link temperature is too high. Over temperature protection was activated.

UVP2 – The voltage dropped below 1.5 V, which is critical for Blu-Link to work properly.

5. Motor too strong for the connected battery
