Due to gearbox limitations constraints we have placed electrical paths around the screw hole. As described in the QuickStart guide, to avoid any short circuits, you must use a soft insulation washer included in with the set INSTALLATION SET between the metal washer and the board. Lack of insulation washer results in the wearing off of the protective varnish and paint, and eventually damaging the unit.

Using the insulation washer is not required in TITAN V3 and ASTER V3, and it's not included in WITH the INSTALLATION KIT.
