There is a quick fix for this issue. Please follow these steps:
Update the firmware to the latest version
Clean the sector gear and make sure there is no excess of grease
Clean both sector gear sensors
Align the bottom board to the bottom left corner of the gearbox
Restore factory settings and set gear ratio to high speed or DSG (in the case of dual sector gears)
Set Active Brake to Auto or 100%
