General
Click here to go to Restore Default Settings – restores default settings for the various functionalities. Trigger and Selector calibration as well as Telemetry data remain unchanged and Restore Factory Settings – (hard reset) restores all default settings, resets your Telemetry, and clears adaptation data.
Cycle Detection – switches ON or OFF the optical gear sensor. Cycle Detection OFF can be compared to an emergency mode for problems with the gear sensor. Most TITAN features will be disabled, but you can still shoot in AUTO.
Thanks to the Gear sensor, TITAN precisely detects in which position the cycle should finish. Therefore, even the shortest Trigger action produces at least one full cycle.
A set of preferences referring to the active profile and switching between Profiles.
Battery protection – modern LiPo and LiFe batteries are very sensitive to overdischarge. The microprocessor monitors the battery voltage constantly. When the voltage drops down to a critical level, it will not allow firing. Battery cell – when the battery voltage drops to the specified level (in relation to one cell), the motor will vibrate. Available settings: OFF, 3.1 V, 3.2 V, 3.3 V or 3.4 V per cell for LiPo batteries and 2.6 V, 2.7 V, 2.8 V or 2.9V per cell for LiFe batteries.
Series Safety Limit – enables to set a predefined number of BBs fired in a single series. It can be used as a protection against Trigger jam. In case of emergency, you can stop the series by switching the Selector position.
Gear Ratio - to activate Pre-Cocking with the highest level of precision you should define the gear type in your AEG; available types: Normal Speed, Low Speed, High Speed, DSG, 19-Tooth.
Typical gear ratio settings (excluding DSG and 19-tooth):
Low Speed: <15 RPS
Normal Speed: 15-25 RPS
High Speed: >25 RPS
If overspin occurs, you should switch the gear type to the next one (e.g. Normal Speed to Low Speed).
Active Brake automatically adjusts the motor braking power according to your needs. This prolongs the lifespan of the motor and reduces the heat. Now you can also choose your own value depending on your needs.
Trigger
Use Trigger Preferences to calibrate your trigger. You can only make changes once you've connected your replica with an ETU inside. You will learn more about TITAN trigger calibration here: TITAN V2 EXPERT – User Manual
Pre-Cocking allows for initial spring compression, which speeds up Trigger response significantly:
Auto – the spring is automatically compressed after each shot. In Auto you can also set Boost, which determines the strength of spring compression.
If overspin occurs, set Gear Ratio to High Speed.
Manual – you can set custom values on SEMI, BURST, and AUTO.
ROF Control enables a reduction in a gun’s Rate of Fire. You can use stronger LiPo batteries, and still have a ROF just like in a real gun. ROF control enables the reduction of a gun’s Rate of Fire. You can use stronger batteries and still have an ROF exactly as you like. Depending on Firmware edition, you can choose from among the following settings:
Off
Adaptive ROF control allows you to set the target Rate of Fire in rounds per second.
Manual PWM uses Pulse-Width Modulation to decrease ROF.
Manual Delay adds breaks between shots to decrease ROF.
Manual Delay + PWM combines Pulse-Width Modulation and breaks between shots.
ROF Control uses PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) to decrease ROF. Thanks to this, the gearbox works smoothly, which decreases wear and tear of AEG internal parts. The percentage value determines the PWM duty cycle and it does not reflect ROF decrease.
You don't need to fully release the Trigger to fire the next shot. This option is really useful when the Trigger sensitivity level is very high. Choose between two types of Equalizer:
1LVL, 2LVL and MANUAL are especially useful when trigger sensitivity level is very high, so you do not need to fully release the trigger while firing quickly:
TITAN V2
OFF – to fire the next shot, you need to release the trigger until it reaches the selected trigger sensitivity level.
2LVL – to fire the next shot, just release the trigger until it moves over two adjoining sensors.
1LVL – to fire the next shot, just release the trigger until it moves over an adjoining sensor.
TITAN V3 & TITAN V2 NGRS
OFF – to fire the next shot, you need to release the trigger until it reaches the selected trigger sensitivity level.
2LVL – to fire next shot, just release the trigger so it changes the position by ~40% of trigger movement.
1LVL – to fire next shot, just release the trigger so it changes the position by ~20% of trigger movement.
MANUAL – thanks to EXPERT firmware, you can adjust the percentage of trigger movement exactly as you prefer. This option is not available in TITAN V2 because of sensors type.
Sniper Delay lets you to set delay between each SEMI shot to simulate the delay from reload or recoil. You can set it between 0.01 and 5 s. By choosing the Manual with Vibration option, you can enable a vibration which will inform you when the gun is ready to fire again.
Selector
Selector Mode – allows you to choose how your replica behaves in each Selector position:
Depending on Firmware Edition, you can set 1 of the 7 options in each Selector position.
SAFE – the replica will not fire when the Trigger is pulled
SEMI – one pull of the Trigger will result in only one shot
BURST – one pull of the Trigger enables you to shoot a pre-determined number of BBs, which is very useful in MilSim and when using low-caps
AUTO – pulling the Trigger fires an uninterrupted* series of shots until the Trigger is released
*the series can be limited by the Round Limit.
Besides the SAFE, SEMI, AUTO, and BURST modes, there is the BINARY Trigger — a single BB is fired when the Trigger is pressed and another one when the Trigger is released; SEMI Ramping – quickly squeezing the Trigger turns on AUTO mode; BURST/AUTO – pulling the Trigger quickly sets BURST and holding it down sets AUTO.
Burst Mode – sets the exact number of BBs fired in a single BURST. Interruptible allows you to stop the BURST by releasing the Trigger. Full will fire the exact number of BBs without stopping even if the Trigger is released during the BURST. In case of emergency, you can stop the series by switching the Selector position.
Magazine
Magazine Mode – allows to switch on Magazine Simulation and Bolt Catch in NGRS gearboxes.
Magazine Capacity – depending on the Firmware Edition, allows you to set magazine capacity simulation from 1 BB up to 250 BBs. Please note that in all gearboxes except NGRS, all the BBs fired are counted until the counter reaches the set capacity, even if the real magazine is replaced in the middle of magazine simulation. In NGRS gearboxes, thanks to the magazine sensor, if the real magazine is replaced during magazine simulation, the counter is reset to the full simulated magazine capacity. In all cases, you are informed about an empty simulated magazine with vibrations — a high one and two low ones.
Reload Time – depending on the Firmware Edition, enables you to set the exact time of simulated magazine replacement from 0.1 s up to 10.0 s. During this time you will not be able to shoot.
Low Ammo Warning – enables you to set the exact number of BBs fired before low ammo warning vibrations – a high one and a low one.
Alerts
Vibration Notifications – allows you to select the type of notifications you will be informed about with vibrations.
Telemetry
Telemetry contains main information about your replica’s performance. You can simply clear each value by clicking the Reset button. You can also independently reset BB1 and BB2 counter.
TITAN gives you the option to check:
ROF - Minimum, Average, Maximum
Trigger response - Minimum, Average, Maximum
Module temperature - Minimum, At this moment, Maximum
Motor current - Average AUTO, Average SEMI, Maximum Peak
Battery voltage - Minimum, Last, Maximum
Number of fired BBs - BB1, BB2, TOTAL
Note
Telemetry data are saved every ten seconds. If you want to save your Telemetry data immediately, switch the Selector to SAFE.
