Why doesn't my Android phone recognize USB-Link?

Possible symptom: The Blu-Link LED light is glowing blue, but there’s no connection between the ETU and the GCS App.

The dedicated GATE ‘Micro-USB Cable for USB-Link’ has the same connectors on both ends. However, it is important which end of the cable you connect to the USB-Link and which one to your smartphone. Please refer to the photo below.

For iOS you can use Blu-Link only.
